Hi, from the age of sixteen I worked as a river guide. I started off helping at Kalahari Adventures centre on the orange river and after varsity I went to the USA to become a river guide on the Yellowstone river. I managed the river guiding company for 9 years before I came back to South Africa where I have been in the Adventure guiding industry ever since. Whatever we will experience together: you are in safe hands whether we are just cruising through the fabulous landscape or kayak, hike and paddle along. Hi, anticyclical thinking is to my liking as is having a neutral perspective and keeping it simple. I am a mother of four children and avid hiker, a trained homeopath and field guide. As a former flight attendant and travel agent I have seen a few places and the countries of Southern Africa are the most beautiful part of the planet so far. What I want for you is to have one of the best experiences ever not only in terms of what you see, but also what you take back into your everyday life. Africanrovers is right for you, if you are looking to be on the road with friends. When you would like to do a road trip, but just not feel one hundred percent safe to do it by yourself – this is when you book with us. We will customize every trip according to your wants and needs, just as you would do, if you were on your own. This is possible, because we only take two adventurous (max 4) clients at a time. Friends, couples, Honeymooners… or that special trip you make for your 25th wedding anniversary.
