22–28 days: 40%
15–21 days: 50%
8–14 days: 75%
0–7 days: 100%
Bookings with SanParks and domestic flights are non-refundable from the day of booking, as we do not receive any refund from these providers either.

Like everyone else, we also have small print. We’re transparent about everything: ask us and you’ll get an answer.
We don’t work with any agency, which means we cut out the middleman and save you money.
We are not a travel agency, and our offers are not package tours in the legal sense.
Each customer must sign a liabilitywaiver (great word for a game of hangman) and provide proof of travel health insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance. It may sound a bit complicated, but it saves both you and us a lot of trouble.
 
															Refuse, reuse, ...
At home, we all try our best to produce as little waste as possible, right? We do the same on our trips. No to-go cups or takeaway boxes, okay? Of course, we can take coffee to go – but in reusable cups (we have those). And when we go shopping, we say “No, thank you” to plastic bags.
 
															On the road
…yes, we do pollute the air with our vehicles. We’re aware of that. It’s the compromise we accept, and we do our best to make up for it in other ways.
What's NOT included
Everything you don’t book ;-). Generally, this means entrance fees for national parks and activities like a zip line, hot air balloon ride, rafting on the Zambezi, or a visit to caves – because we decide on those spontaneously, depending on the weather and time. We can’t guarantee that these things will take place; for example, the cable car up Table Mountain may not run due to wind. If we had charged you for that in advance, that would have been a bummer.
